How You Can Help

The Hearne-Gidden-Hunter House Project is a project of the Kosse Heritage Society (KHS), a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.   KHS operates strictly through local fundraisers, annual membership dues and donations from generous individuals who value Central Texas and its history.
The preliminary estimate for historically accurate restoration of the Hearne-Gidden-Hunter​ House is projected to be in excess of $100,000.   We appreciate your support as we continue the restoration of  this historic Texas treasure.  
How to Support the Project
  • Donate Securely Online: Contributions of  any amount are welcome.  
  • Donors of $500 or more will be permanently recognized at the Hearne-Gidden-Hunter House.  A receipt will be issued for your donation and supporters can choose to receive periodic email updates on the progress of the project.  Make your tax deductible donations securely online or by downloading the contribution form.
